Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyFlowMind website, services, and digital products (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
MyFlowMind is operated by Rapheal John, a sole proprietor based in Des Moines, Iowa, United States, trading as "MyFlowMind". MyFlowMind is an AI automation studio that designs and builds custom workflows, provides a content studio, and sells digital products such as workflow bundles, templates, and AI prompt libraries.
2. Use of the Services
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
- You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information and content you provide.
3. Services & engagements
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any custom automation work are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between you and MyFlowMind. Those terms supplement, and where there is a conflict for that engagement, take precedence over, these Terms.
4. Digital products
- Digital products are licensed to you for your own business use; you may not resell or redistribute them without our written permission.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad or Etsy) are also subject to those platforms' terms and refund policies.
- Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case — contact us if something isn't right.
5. Payment
Fees are due as stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or product checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, and the design of our products, is owned by MyFlowMind or its licensors. For custom engagements, ownership of the delivered automations is transferred to you as set out in your statement of work, while we retain rights to our underlying tools, methods, and know-how.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content and assets you upload or provide. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to deliver the Services you have requested.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to deliver reliable, high-quality automations, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFlowMind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Iowa will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
